Product Introduction
YDLIDAR TW3 is the first underwater green laser LiDAR developed by EAI Tech. Based on the pulsed TOF ranging principle, it boasts an IP68 protection rating and is specifically designed for underwater environments. It can penetrate surface reflections, water refraction, and turbid water conditions to perform high-precision, high-stability underwater environment scanning. With the TW3, pool cleaning robots, underwater inspection equipment, and other devices can achieve intelligent navigation and environmental mapping capabilities. The TW3 breaks the long-standing limitations of underwater sensors, which have been restricted to infrared/cameras, enabling stable construction of high-precision point cloud maps in harsh and complex underwater environments, achieving autonomous positioning, obstacle avoidance, and path planning.

● IP68 waterproof, suitable for 5-meter water depth
Adopts a double-layer sealed waterproof structure, with a protection rating of IP68, ensuring long-term stable operation within a 5M water depth.
● 100Klux strong light suppression technology, ranging range up to 5M
Even under strong light, surface reflection, or turbid water with many suspended particles, the TW3 still operates stably, achieving underwater penetration with a maximum ranging radius of 5M.
● 360° real-time scanning, accurately reconstructing the underwater environment
Perform 360° omnidirectional scanning and ranging detection of the surrounding environment, with a sampling frequency of 4000 times/S. Built-in motor driver with speed control function, allowing adjustment of the scanning frequency from 6Hz to 12Hz.
● Special materials resistant to chemical corrosion, offering improved durability.
Adopt high-performance composite materials resistant to salt, chlorine, and oxidation, fundamentally resisting harsh swimming pool chemical environments and effectively extending product life.
● Development resources & sample code, help users quickly implement projects
Complete technical documentation will be provided, including data sheets, debugging guides, ROS1/ROS2 SDK development tutorials, 3D model files, and Windows PC debugging software. It also supports mainstream platforms such as Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson series boards, PCs, industrial computers, and RDK series boards.

Two shipping methods:
Yahboom offers free shipping on orders over $499 (before tax and duties), delivered by reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Yahboom offers free standard shipping on orders(Small Items) over $50+, delivered by reliable carriers such as YunExpress.
Most orders arrive within 6 working days after dispatch.
2. Customs & Import Fees
All international shipments are subject to local customs regulations. Import duties, taxes, or other fees are charged by your country’s customs authority upon arrival.
Our shipping term is FOB Shenzhen, which means these fees, if any, are the customer’s responsibility. The shipping carriers will assist with the customs clearance process to ensure smooth delivery.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, any related return or reshipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after placement and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipment Carriers
Our current primary shipping carriers mainly are FedEx, UPS, DHL and YunExpress.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
6. Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
7. Delivery and Inspection
As our robots and development board kit are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, Yahboom will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video. If you notice any damage to the packaging, items are missing or damaged, please contact Yahboom Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.

Q1: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your shipping carrier for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please contact our support team within 3 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information.
Q2: What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?
